Love the banana muffin story! We tried to include details about us into our wedding. Our first date we went to see a musical so we had our reception in a theater. We both love my mother-in-law's almond biscotti so that was our favor for guests to take home and enjoy!

For my wedding I found vintage earrings, small brooches, old looking buttons and had them as part of my wedding bouquet. I also wore my grandmother's brooch on my dress, it was a great way to remember her on the day and make my new dress look more timeless.

I once heard about a couple who loved stale Oreo cookies. He preferred that they were soft so on a trying day his love would get a bag of oreo's and leave it out open on the counter. It made a really great wedding favor of Oreo cookies with the story attached.
